Former Formula 1 drivers Alexander Wurz, Marc Gene and David Brabham won the prestigous 24 Hours of Le Mans on Sunday. The Peugeot drivers finished ahead of another Peugeot with Bourdais, Sarrazin and Montagny behind the wheel.
The 24 Hours of Le Mans saw Sebastien Bourdais' team start from pole position. But the Toro Rosso driver had to see his team-mates at Peugeot take Peugeot's first win since 1993.
Speaking about the team's victory Alexander Wurz said: "What really made the difference today is that we stayed on track, we had no damage. We have a fantastic team here at Peugeot and a great car. This was a really hard race, the guys behind us kept pushing us until the end."
